Who is invited to attend the National All State Games?

Any athlete who has attended their local All State Games will receive an email with an invitation to register for the National All State Games.

What age will my athlete play?

Participants will register and play in their 2025 Age/Class. Even if you played in your local All State Games as one age, you will need to register using the roster age for the 2025 season.  

When is the registration deadline?

The deadline to register for the National All State Games is November 1st, 2024.

What is the format of the event?

This event is a 5GG (4 pool games into single elimination bracket)

Who will coach the teams?

Teams will be coached by nominated coaches or by current/retired college athletes.  If other coaches are needed, a college athlete will be provided as a coach.

What is the cost of the event?

Registration is $325 per athlete. This event is also a Stay-to-Play event.

How did I get nominated?

All participants that attended their local All State Games were invited to attend the National All State Championship.  

How are teams created?

This is different from last year, we will be mixing teams with players from across the countryParticipants will still wear their state jersey but they will be teammate from players all over.  

What do athletes receive?

Athletes will receive 2 State Jerseys, Hat, Bag Tag, Commemorative Ring, Pin, and some extra goodies.  

Can we come as a team?

This is an individual event, we would love it if all players from your team attended their local All State Games however, for this event they will be mixed among other teams.  

What divisions are available?

We will have divisions for all every age divisions 8U-18U (as long as we have enough players to fill 5 or more teams).  If we are unable to fill a division, we will then combine divisions (example 10B and 10C would combine if we don’t have enough to make just a 10C team.) 

What do we need to bring?

White Pants 

White Socks 

White Belt 

Personal equipment (No metal cleats) 

Players are permitted to have 1 personal water jug up to 74fl oz. in size and 1 small cooler with ice and towels only. 

What is the Pride Instructional Clinic?

The Pride Instructional Clinics are instructional-based clinics focused on athlete development and instruction. The clinics are designed to offer low athlete-to-coach ratios which provide participants an engaging experience with some of their favorite fastpitch professional players, current and former collegiate athletes, and fastpitch coaches! Instruction will focus on offense, defense, game strategy, and athleticism.  Athletes will be divided up based on their age and choice of position.  Our focus is to promote good habits though drills and knowledge.  These clinics are designed for players of all skill levels.  This clinic is an added cost and not inclusive to the National All State Championship. 

What do I get if I choose to be a head coach? What are my roles and responsibilities?

Creating writing lineups for games, keeping track of innings, and relaying communication from USSSA to your team. All head coaches are required to submit their game lineups at the end of each day. 

What do I get if I choose to be a volunteer coach? What are my roles and responsibilities?

Coaching first base during the games, hitting infield/outfield during pre-game warmups and practices, assisting the head coach in any administrative needs (creating lineups, running lineups to scorekeepers), encouraging and cheering on all athletes on the team! 

How does the lodging work?

Players attending that are in need of rented accommodation are required to book all reservations through USSSA Lodging. Should you have circumstances that prevent you from booking through this housing tool, please contact the USSSA Housing Department. Our booking portal allows you to book an individual room or create a hold block of rooms for your entire team to book.  Check back often as additional hotels and rooms may be added as current hotel blocks fill. Is my athlete going to be guaranteed playing time?

Yes, athletes are guaranteed to play during the entire tournament as head coaches are expected to keep the sit innings even amongst the athletes.
